Audience and Communication- more character design
This is the character that I am using for the final animation, I used fabric and cropped it to shape by using photoshop, I then used replacement animation in a cut out style by using After effects.
children love to dress up and even more the idea of being able to magically change their clothes, whether its the style or colour. I chose to end the cloth changing with a witches outfit as it fits in with the theme we are going for 'magic'
my potfolio
This is an old collage project that I created using screen prints and ink onto muslin fabric, I used the typography layout in the style of David Carson having the text running off the page
This is an illustration that I created using 'water' as my starting point, I used this to create pattern, image and texture for my piece. I used pen drawings and chalk drawings for the imagery and then completed the rest of the piece digitally

Audience and Communication
I have decided to create a little girl for my character because as a child i loved to dress up in either my nans clothes or what ever i could get hold of. Through out the animation the personality of the girl will depend on the clothes that she is wearing as these will change; a team member has decided on a magician for her character, he will cast spells on her changing her clothes to what ever she wants to be.
Audience and Communication- character design... little girl
we are making an animation promoting animation @ BCU. The animation is aimed at 7 year old children so we have used the influences of a child as a starting point. As a group we decided to use 'magic' as our theme as children love the idea of being powerful and magical.
